Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 21 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
